Chinese country-style ribs Recipe
4 pounds country-style spareribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons ketchup
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic. Brush on both sides of the ribs. Place in a crockpot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
